Yes. You can close your account anytime by going to Settings > Account > Close Account. We'll process any outstanding balance within 5 business days to your registered payment method. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Withdrawals must go to the same payment method you used for deposits. If you deposited via DANA, your withdrawal returns to DANA. This protects against fraud. You can link multiple payment methods to your account for future deposits.

Once approved, withdrawals to DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS usually arrive within 1–5 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days depending on your bank. We verify each withdrawal before processing to ensure security.
